SFCV Resume Builder is an online resume builder designed for Salesforce professionals. The service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Your Data

You retain full ownership of the content you create using our service. Your resumes, personal information, and any other data you input belong to you.

Paid Subscriptions

We offer paid subscription plans (Pro, Premium) that provide additional features. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through our payment provider, Polar.sh. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your subscription settings. Refunds are handled according to Polar.sh's refund policy. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice to existing subscribers.

AI Features

The service includes AI-powered features that use third-party providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Ollama) to process your resume content. When you use an AI feature, your resume content is sent to the selected provider for processing. AI-generated outputs are suggestions only — you are responsible for reviewing and accepting any AI-generated content. AI feature usage may be subject to credit limits based on your subscription tier.

Third-Party Services

The service relies on third-party providers including Polar.sh (payments), PostHog (analytics), and AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Ollama). Each third-party service is subject to its own terms of service and privacy policy. Your use of features powered by these services constitutes acceptance of their respective terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service or help anyone else do so. This includes attempting to access the service through unauthorized means, interfering with other users, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SFCV Resume Builder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, opportunities, reputation, or profits relating to your use of the service.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used in a manner that is harmful to other users or the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
